New China Red - Huntingdon

The restaurant offers great Chinese cuisine, and while I can't speak to delivery since I've always opted for takeout without any issues, I know that some others have experienced problems with delivery.

On Sunday evening, I placed an order for takeout and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it was prepared. I was told it would take 20 minutes, but it was ready even before we arrived! The food was excellent, just as I had anticipated from a Chinese takeaway, and it was still warm when we got home. The fries held their heat, although they didn't fare very well in the paper bag. Their menu states that they deliver for £3 within a 3-mile radius, but they refused to deliver to us, even though we were only 5 miles away (a 12-minute drive). Despite that, I would still choose to order from them again.

Excellent selection of dishes, all prepared with care and precision. Highly recommended!

Regularly away from here. I think my favorite is honey-bread pork with wobble, but we've ever had a bad dish.

Not a fan of Chinese but we used New China Red Xmas eve whilst staying at a lodge at Nene Golf Country club as one of their menus was already in the lodge. All that I can say is wow!!! The food was amazing. 4 of us ate for less than £10pp. When we ordered we were told that delivery would be about 90 minutes so that was fine. Would definitely recommend this place but order well in advance.
