Arby's - Huntingdon

I was disappointed with my sandwich from Arby's. The roast beef was piled so thick that it was just folded over and placed on the bun! This happened the second time I've ordered it. I could barely take a decent bite because of how thick it was. I used to really enjoy Arby's, but I'm not a fan anymore.

The food was fantastic, but the dining area left much to be desired. There were straw wrappers scattered everywhere, ketchup and mustard smeared on multiple spots of the counter next to the soda dispenser, which was quite sticky. Additionally, there were no lids available for two different sizes of soda cups. Perhaps they had just gotten through a busy period, but when I arrived, it wasn’t crowded at all, and no one seemed to be cleaning up. My boyfriend also mentioned to a staff member that there were no paper towels in the men's restroom, and the worker responded with indifference, showing no intention of addressing the issue.

I stopped by on August 27th to order 2 roast beef sliders. When I got to the window to pay, one of the items fell out of the bag. The server replaced it, and when I asked about the fallen slider, she kindly gave me the one that had dropped for my dog! She was really sweet and friendly. Her name is Dar!

O m g the time in drive thru was the worst ever. Took 20 to 30mins before I ordered, even being 2 cars from the menus sign. The car infront of me was waiting a long time as well before they even were ordering as we got closer. The guy at the window couldn't give me a receipt from the cash register, he had to go thru 5 slips to find mine at the counter register. I swear I was there forever almost a whole album playlist. I've been to this Arby's a few times in the past but this trip ruined it. Avoid this place for few months.

I got faster service inside the restaurant. I recuved minimal service. Instead of giving a cup for my drink by cashier, I asked person who bagged my meals for condiments and cup.
