Contribuisci feedbackI placed an online order on December 9th, 2022, around 9 PM, for delivery to my workplace in Madison. Unfortunately, I never received my pizza. I called the restaurant at about 10:30 PM, and an unnamed employee answered. She looked up my order and informed me that it had been taken. After that, she put the phone down and LEFT ME ON HOLD for 15 minutes without picking it back up. Naturally, I eventually hung up. When I tried calling again, all I got was a busy signal, meaning the employee had taken the phone off the hook. I was still charged for the pizza. This is terrible customer service. If I could, I would rate this experience -5 stars.
I feel sorry for the owner and the staff. I think it will be a long time before I consider ordering from Domino's again. The experience was terrible! I ordered two pizzas, and they arrived quickly as usual. However, I had requested and paid for extra cheese, and it was missing. I initially thought about letting it slide, but I decided to call and report it. The person on the phone said she would inform the manager. When the manager got on the line, she essentially accused me of lying, claiming they weigh the cheese. Just look at the photos. Does that look like the extra cheese shown on the Domino's website? They clearly made a mistake but chose not to admit it. Arguing with a loyal customer is certainly not good customer service. Domino's used to be a great company, but now it feels like just another average pizza place with clever marketing. I won't be ordering from them again for a long time.
I've never encountered any problems at this location. Even today, on a busy college football Saturday when they were short-staffed, my order was exactly as I requested and arrived on time. I believe Rebeckah was the only one preparing food and also helped as one of the delivery drivers at the pickup window after just returning. Thank you to the team for your excellent service and commitment to the customers!
I think I may have gotten one good pizza from here since I moved by this one. I keep ordering hoping it will get better but last night was my last draw. I ordered an extra cheese pizza with mushrooms and I got a tomato sauce pie with looked like trickles ofcheese and a piece of a mushroom on each slice. I was extremely mad that I almost called them to come back and get it and refundme my money back but it was late and I was tired. Everything is high as it is and it's not right for anyone to have to pay forsomething that's not worth eating. It's still sitting on the counter this morning!!!
Seriously one of the worst experiences I 've ever had. I order the 16 wings and added two extra ranch cups. I was only given the two extra ranch cups and told that when you order wings it doesn 't automatically come with ranch. I asked a simply question andthis employee says I just work here and slammed the drive through window all rude in my face because I asked a simplyquestion. If this how domino 's allows their employees to treat people then I 'll never eat here again. And thanks for the coldchicken wings
