The management of this location is rude and unwilling to work with his customers. During our first visit, my husband found several 6 inch long hairs IN his burrito. The manager said it wasn't possible and immediately looked at my daughter and me. We don't have hair that is 6 inches long. He reluctantly gave us my husband's meal at no cost. We reluctantly went back, deciding to give this location another chance. The food was good, and our wait staff was great, but once again the manager was rude when we noted we had a problem with our bill. We had been given a gift card to use and when the staff ran it they said it was showing a zero balance. I checked the card online and it clearly showed it had a 75.00 balance. I even showed this to the manager. The staff tried running the card again, and it was obvious the card reader was not reading it, but rather than type in the numbers manually the manager gave some lame excuse about only being able to use the gift cards at the location where they were purchased! Please! He just didn't want to bother. I even called the other location to see if they would honor a gift card purchased somewhere other than their location and THEY told me that the gift cards are good at ANY location! We used to really enjoy this location, even supported it while everything was shut down, but no more. The manager has ruined for us!!!

If they're not busy, you will NEVER get your food. Came in alone, got seated, ordered, waited over 30 minutes until I decided to leave. There were maybe 20 customers in the restaurant. They weren't busy. Was my order just too much for the kitchen to handle? Did the manager (who took my order) forget I was there? Either way, they SUCK. Only go here if you have an hour or more to wait for them to bring you something to eat. Otherwise, go to the DMV. It's faster.
I?ve been eating here for a few years. Overall, I would say it is a really good Mexican restaurant. The fiesta plate is fantastic, and you get your money?s worth with the portion. Service is generally good, they?ve had a couple times that they messed up my to go order (which is why I did four stars instead of five), so if you place one just double check and make sure they charge you for the food you ordered and they give you everything you need for the order.
If you are in the area and looking for a really good spot to eat with family, friends, or your significant other, this is definitely the spot! First off our server, Heidi, was absolutely amazing. We had a party of 13 and she catered to our every need, while remaining polite the entire time. Kudos to her and her spectacular customer service! Next the drink and food were spot on. I ordered a pineapple margarita but it was a bit sweet so I asked Heidi if she could add a hint of lemon. She gave me the option of lemon or lime and I selected lime, good choice that was. I got the medium size so make sure if you choose that you are not the DD lastly the food was hot and seasoned to perfection. I ordered Angel's Plate which is chicken, steak, shrimp, and ground beef in a fried tortilla with a side of Mexican rice. I did expect the rice to be a bit kore flavorful. Regardless the tortilla was beautifully crunchy, and the meat was tantalizingly tender. Their prices are in the mid range but so worth the flavors and service that they provide. Booths, tables, and bar seating is available; and if you're looking to purchase an alcoholic beverage they do follow identification protocols (so make sure you have your I.D on you). I will be adding Las Trojas Cantina to my top restaurants to visit whenever I am in Huntsville!
