Taqueria El Cazador Bus - Huntsville

The price has gone up and the amount of food has gone down. Been a long time customer back when the burrito was 5 bucks.. Now they are $10 and are about 75% dry rice. . No where as good as they used to be. Some kid was on his phone as I stood there waiting for service. Looks at me and keeps texting for awhile.. I got everything is mire expensive but not excuse to serve rice burrito with little meat..ive been too every location they have and this is the norm now for El cazador.. Charge more and get a bunch of rice.

This has been my favorite taco spot in Huntsville for many years. I've never, ever been disappointed with the flavor and quality of the food. I grab lunch here at least once a week.

We’ve been going here since we moved to Huntsville 12 yrs ago. We always bring our friends. We’ve noticed that with the price is going up the food quality has been OK and the portions are very small now. Yesterday I did a takeout of chicken tacos on flour tortillas. We called it in. They verified it as they were making it and when I got home I had steak tacos on corn tortillas. Very disappointing for $10, not my order…..the portions were small….. they used to do marinated carrots and jalapeños. There were two carrot slices, no jalapeños. Very disappointed the last few times we’ve been so I think we’ll have to find a new place.

I have always heard El Cazador was good and normally I go to a different place but it was closed today. So, today I tried El Cazador 's for the first time. I had the tacos carnitas and I must say I was disappointed. The pork was extremely bland. Where was the flavor? The meat should be the star of the dish, not the vegetables one the side, i.e., the sliced carrots on the side. Then, they were served with these prepackaged sauce packets. Come on now. Really???Really?? Not sure if it was one of those having a bad day moments for the food truck, which I don 't think any food establishment should have but we are all human. I may try it again...one day...but this wasn 't a good first time.
