Contribuisci feedbackThe staff is nice HOWEVER it's usually messy in the eat in area and the last 2 times I ordered, my drinks were so wrong after the wait. I'm so sad because it was convenient rather than going across the street to the free standing Starbucks but 8.00 for a drink and it's wrong sucks. I even show them my order on the Starbucks app! Not me telling them, it's written out on the app. I think I'll just go to the store direct, not worth the time and money, plus I couldn't use my star points :
I really want to extend a huge shoutout to the staff here. Today was my first time visiting this location, and after a very unpleasant experience with a nearby Starbucks location, you all really made me feel welcomed/valued. 10 on service hospitality! Kindness really goes a long way now days. Thank you!
I arrived 5:19 was 3 cars from ordering. Unsure as to how many vehicles were in front. At 5:49 I was pulling in to pay and expect my drink will be ready but I still waited a few minutes. I watched the guy taking order just waiting his hands in his pocket. What I will assume a new employee. He look lost. Two others girls trying to make the drinks while helping walk-in in customers.
I usually have no problem with any drink I get from this Starbucks. But today I feel like I got scammed. I order a grande white chocolate mocha and a grande pumpkin spice both hot. I get to my car and they could’ve been a tall size order poured into a grande cup. They were only half full.
It's a fairly good Starbucks. Not quite like they were in the 90s but it's a good one by today's standards.
