Contribuisci feedbackI ordered 3 different burgers at this restaurant. I got the jalapeño burger, my partner had the guacamole burger, and my son had a speck burger. The bill came out to nearly $9 for a $3 burger, so we paid and left. However, we were disappointed with the quality of the burgers. We decided to go back and speak to the manager about being overcharged. The manager apologized for the mix-up and not getting our order correct. He then offered to make me a new burger and gave me a refund. I was pleasantly surprised by the manager's willingness to rectify the situation. The new burger he made for me ended up being the best burger I have ever had.
During our visit, the restaurant forgot to bring one of our meals. When I tried to speak to someone about it, the cashier seemed inexperienced and overwhelmed, with minimal support from just one manager and cook during a busy dinner rush. It took about 15 minutes to receive the missing meal, causing my original food to become cold while waiting. Overall, I would not recommend returning to this establishment.
I'm really disappointed with uniron these days. It used to be much better, but now it seems to have gone downhill. The portions are pitiful, and my burger had white hair on it. I had to throw it in the trash. The food was hard as a rock and low quality, even by fast food standards.
The personal might have been a bit more friendly, but everyone has a bad day. the food came fast and was good.
Employees worked really slow. We waited for our food for 20 minutes but the food was exactly what we ordered and tasted as it should.
