Bob's Drive In - Imperial

The young girls were very rude and didn’t have half my order right and my daughter’s nachos were cold.

I had an issue with Bob's regarding missing food in my delivery orders, which we determined to be caused by Chow Now delivery and not Bob's. I talked to the owner who was great, he remade my food and personally delivered it. You just don't get that kind of service usually and I was quite impressed. I am super happy we worked things out because I am addicted to their BLT's, they have such tasty, crispy bacon and are just so good. They also have excellent fried foods and unique flavors of ice cream you can't get other places and they are quite yummy.

A joke. This used to be a great place. It always took a little longer if you got food instead of ice cream, but worth it. The past couple visits have been terrible. Just waited 20 minutes for 2 concretes and a small cone. After paying and waiting 15 minutes an employee comes to ask what we are waiting for. Then proceeds to come back out with an alternative to what we wanted for the cone because somehow an ice cream joint ran out of chocolate. They then bring out the concretes, one of which was wrong as well. Pathetic. Find new staff or hang up the gloves, ill never be back.

I ordered Blt's from Bob's Drive In many times through Chow Now and Doordash. On 2 occasions I only received half my order. The first time a manager Allison gave me my refund, great, as they should. The second time Allison never got back to me and Chow Now told me the owner said he would give no refund because he personally filled my order. Imagine my disappointment that a restaurant whose food I loved and ordered all the time would treat me that way, and that's after my disappointment of only getting half my order-twice. They lost a customer. PS- general advice, they should staple the bags closed which is for their protection and the customers.

I was able to try Bob's for the first time tonight, after driving by so many times over the years and never having the opportunity to stop. It was well worth the wait. My burger and fries were absolutely top notch and I got a scoop of chocolate ice cream with chocolate sauce and strawberries, delicious! I can't wait to come back.
