Starbucks - Independence

Average coffee location. average quality. less than average customer service. the personal is not friendly and not personal. the staff is hectic and always evades, probably because they are undermined in a desire to reduce labour costs.

I would give this place ZERO stars if possible. dieucks remakes in the regular a drink that is wrong, but this place will not do if they don't buy it from them. that means that I have to drive 10 miles out of my way, as I bought one from my doctor's office that was not done correctly for my wife who was home. I would not recommend this to everyone ever since they are not a “corporate” location. I guess non-corporate locations mean a bad customer service.

Diets in store 4545 hy vee. the customer service is absolutely trash with the girl who works in register today 3/25/22. at 16:00 she ignored me completely standing in the line and continued to stick coffee bags. then I asked her if she was open to command, and she said yes, but she was just busy. so rude!

Absolute misery. terrible experience. but I guess it would be easy to forget an order for 1 person 5 seconds after taking. if I stayed fully baked all day (not half).

Couldn't get anything because the 2 girls said they haven't had a break today so they didn't clean the machine and can't make anything. They were not busy at the time.
