The staff was very nice and friendly. They were very courteous. The place is clean.

Every time I order from this place, they get my order wrong. I ordered an extra bacony egg and white cheddar cheese bagel and I got some baconless American cheese flat bread....I am seriously never ordered from this place ever. You can never follow simple instructions.

A very good ride through it took 12 minutes to get coffee I ordered bus the app. the worst service told me that my cost 5,73 not everything I ordered was medium sized coffee. Oh, I wish there was another dd in the opposite.

So, the other day, I walk into the store like I do almost every other day and I see the assistant manager talking to someone and explaining how she's about to be promoted to the manager and laughing about the current manager leaving. I really hope that isn't true because he's the reason I started going back to this store the past year. He cleaned the store up and properly trained the new staff. I hope he's there to stay and her conniving ways are brought to light. I would've said something to her myself, if there hadn't been a line. Such a shame

You can never get help at this point. Not even an event. Then I was kicked out today and discriminated for a medical exception, but I go there every morning and I never had a problem. Spend your money elsewhere. The typical waiting is 5-10 minutes, only to be recognized inside. To train your employees for medical exceptions because the ADA requirements violate federal law.
