I stopped yesterday, 11-13-22, just before 17:30. It was my first time there. I really wanted to give a higher score. I was greeted as soon as I came, although other customers were already there. The young lady who takes orders answered my question about Frosting flavors. They had left the cinnamon rolls from the day before for $1, so I bought one. I wanted cake battery caramel. I asked her opinion between cream cheese and caramel she said she liked caramel better. My fault not to check my bag before I left. I had cake bread and I don't know if the other vanilla or cream cheese is. Either way, it's not what I wanted and it wasn't good. The role itself was just okay. I had to wait after I paid for my order. I thought the cinnamon roll was heated. Otherwise there was no reason to wait for me. When I paid, she asked if I wanted a certain role. I didn't. If the cinnamon roll is not heated, it is probably best to pass the order directly and there. There was no reason to sit and wait. I also observed the other person Sneeze before going to the kitchen area; made me glad that my role was wrapped in saran wrap. Probably not back.

Has become the staff of Cinaholic to make this a great experience and a really tasty way to satisfy our weekend sweet tooth. I love cream cheese, and all my chocolate-fav-concoctions. Not to be forgotten, their fabulous cookies that have to do with something on the menu? The brownies are super chewing as I like. If your brave heart is for real expresso, do not look further and stand for a real jolt of Java Goodness. This? The flavor signature is very robust, rich and deep, without being bitter. Then again, I like some tastes in mine. I just wanted a latte. I appreciate the vegan approach for prepared sweets. Very well done!

The cinnamon rolls should die. We usually get the raspberry with almonds and replace the chocolate icing with almond icing. The cookie monster is also so good. My wife likes the Keksteig in the fridge. Customer service is always great!

That was my first and last time here! Horribler customer service. You refuse to fix your errors and ask you to pay extra if you want your correct order. I've never been told so many lies right into my face by the manager. Very young and rude. Do you refuse to give me her boss? Number. Said there was no number and said the boss was out of the country. I'll never be back!

The manager was extremely rude!! I will not go back. The girl that took my order was very sweet however I got the wrong drinks and they refused to remake our drinks and asked us to pay for new ones. The manager also would not refund us either! I ordered two toasted marshmallow lattes with almond milk and was given 2 Americanos which are very strong and the flavor I was given was mocha. I paid around $40 and tipped and now I will NEVER return and I?ll make sure all my friends and family know! Also the manager refused to give me the number for customer service.
