Most of the time, the restaurant's app works well with the team. However, tonight they had a special on the app for a 37¢ Burger King birthday deal. When I tried to use it, the cashier accused me of taking advantage of the special even though the app is timed and I did not exceed the limit. It seemed like the cashier may have taken my sandwich without my permission by manually entering a code. The cashier was a Spanish lady named Sena. My code number was 4094 and I am unsure if she used it or not. Unfortunately, I never received the sandwich for my kid.

I ordered a hurensandwich with everything. After 10 minutes in the snake, I came to the window. the hired asked if I had the hepper with whom I said I had the hepper with everything on it. she asked once again if I had the heel with me and I said the heel with everything about it. she laughed and closed the window and said that was the same. I never asked for a good deal and my sandwich had no tomato in it. it was also cold, and the brot was old.
Tonight I had the worse experience in my whole life. I came and got two meals. for my man and I. my eating was awfully cold. I called the restaurant to let the manager know that I sat close by eating my food and how cold it was. she said no problem brings it back. After the cashier and she opened that sandwich, she started saying that you ate some of it. I said yes, I explained that to you. She said if it was so cold, why did you eat it. she told me to move into the next window and next time not eat the food ima replace it this time. very nastily, she was rude aggressiv and made me embarrassed for the return of my cold food. I suffer from a lung problem and wanted to eat only something and what I got in the opposite was the worst eating and the worst customer service of my life. burger king is better. I will never be here again
