Donatos Pizza - Indianapolis

We didn't get a chance to eat at this location because their dining room was closed. I recommend going to the one on Shadeland instead.

Frustrated, I drove to the restaurant and spoke with Herschel, who was fantastic! He verified that my address was correct in their system, remade my order, offered me a drink while I waited, and was genuinely kind throughout the process. If he isn't already a manager, he definitely deserves to be promoted!

I usually love Donatos, but I've had a frustrating experience trying to order from this location. Whenever I call, I'm put on hold immediately and left waiting until I eventually give up and hang up.

Edited to add that I already contacted their customer service and heard nothing, so the response telling me to do that is a joke. Horrible customer service. They were out of something for our order and then claimed they "couldn 't get ahold of us. "Then called and said maybe they called the wrong number before. I had my phone next to me the whole time, so I would 've known ifthey had dialed the right number. Then they had to call back *again* to tell us they were out of another part of the order. Theydidn 't even offer to do anything to make it right. We used to order from them frequently but haven 't since and probably won 'tbased on that experience.

People are rude, pizza quality is Mediocre: I called in a pizza order while in the parking lot facing the pick up window and I told the order taker that I was standing outside. She was very rude when I asked questions about my order, then she said itwould take 20min. I waited 20min and when I approached the window, she knew who I was because, without greeting me or sayinganything, she just told me what my total was and handed me a cold pizza even though she new I was parked outside waiting, shedid not call or give us a signal that my order was ready? this is very disappointing
