Marco's Pizza - Indianapolis

Sheroes Inc. hosted our second annual summit today, and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the fantastic service we received. Sean and Byron, the managers who assisted with our order, were outstanding. We ordered 15 large pizzas, and they did an excellent job with the presentation, helped us load everything into the car, and maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire process. This store truly shines!

I've had very few issues with this branch of Marco's pizza. Their ratio of good experiences to bad is quite a bit higher than the other pizza chains nearby, and there are many. Once there was a technical glitch from their order placing site and they resolved the issue very quickly and offered me a bunch of upgrades for the inconvenience. Awesome job!

We had a wonderful time! Some friends joined us there, and we really enjoyed the pizza; it was hot and delicious. The breadsticks we ordered were great, and the large salad we tried was also tasty. Byron provided exceptional service—he was very professional and attentive. We will definitely be returning!

I accidentally ordered takeout instead of delivery one night, and when I didn't arrive, they called to check in. They went ahead and delivered the pizza to me, even throwing in a coupon. The service at this place is consistently outstanding.
