Mcalister's Deli - Indianapolis

The food was good. However, the manager was yelling at an employee in front of everyone. Not professional at all.Food: 5/5

This has been the worst experience I've ever had at a macalisters. I have been here for almost an hour and the floors and tables have stayed untouched and absolutely filthy! The manager has been writing on the window for the whole hour not paying attention to the team at all. Only about 2 employees are actually working.My plate and my friends plates were covered in old food. The place where you get drinks was horrifying! There was drinks splashed everywhere and the employees were just talking instead of taking care of anything.I wish I could have gotten pictures of everything because it was horrible

The staff were really sweet, explained questions about sandwiches, clarified my order. And, there was a super-helpful man walking around the restaurant offering to help clear table.The sandwich was really great. The broccoli was excellent, the soup was excellent.They have both indoor (with AC), and outdoor (covered) seating.Wheelchair accessibility: The have accessible parking.

I ordered potatoe soup that was clearly no good it was grey and watery. For anyone who dont know its suppose to be white thick and creamy not grey. I took it back and the response I got from the cook was she knows it's bad that's how it came. I told them they should not serve something they know is bad and they replied with they know but they have to serve it anyways. I will never go back and I highly recommend anyone eating there to check your food before you eat it.

Ordered dinner from here tonight. I ordered a pick two meal with a French dip and broccoli cheddar soup. Granted I understand that what I ordered was a half of the French dip sandwich so I was expecting it to be a smaller sized sandwich but what I received is literally half the size of my hand (picture for reference) and can not even be considered a sandwich. This is a $12 meal so I feel for that price the size of this is ridiculous. This clearly could not feed someone.
