Pizza Hut - Indianapolis

I ordered two pizzas tonight. The staff were very friendly, with big smiles. The pizzas were perfectly ready when we arrived for pickup. This was the best service experience ever!

I ordered from this restaurant twice last month and I won't be going back. I'm pretty sure they use frozen pizza crusts because it was rough and chewy, and the edges of the pizza were burnt.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. We placed a delivery order and it was cancelled 1.5 hours later. To make matters worse, we were still charged for the order we never received. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, we have yet to receive a refund two weeks later. After reading other reviews, it appears this pizzeria is scamming its customers out of their money.

Everyone always leaves a bad review, but no one leaves a good review even if they get good service. I went to eat and was told that it would be done in 15 minutes. came in 10 minutes later and it was made hot and fresh. love the new management

Worst pizza hut ever...3 times I've ordered here every time my order has been wrong or missing something. When told a credit would be applied to my account they did not do it and were rude when i asked. I will never order from any pizza hut again and will tell others not to as well.
