Highly, Highly, highly recommend the borrowing of the speech hour for your private party! The ambience is so special and we had so much fun! Service was great, food and drinks were great, our party had no better time, and the price can not beat!

We hosted our work group’s holiday party at the Speakeasy tonight. I can’t say enough good things. This place is a hidden gem. So unique and fun. Beautiful decor, excellent food and drinks, amazing service and ample room for everyone yet feels quaint and cozy. Dawn made the booking and food order process easy and once I was there I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They took care of everything. Book your party here, you won’t regret it.

Really nice surprise. Great food specials, a really friendly clientele, and Brian the bartender is great! And if you're really brave ask about the Speakeasy. You know what...I just remembered I don't like crowded bars so don't go and don't tell your friends. Thanks.

The Shelby St Speakeasy is an awesome little hidden hangout on Friday nights. Beautifully decorated, great atmosphere, friendly owners and staff, good prices, and some top shelf stuff they make some tasty adult beverages with. I don’t do a lot of these reviews, but this place is absolutely worth a visit!

Great place to grab a drink on Southside Indy. Fun cocktails specials. And a historic Speakeasy!
