It is not always available so you have to call, unless you want to be disappointed sometimes when they 'run out and you waste a trip 2 rumors that the butter on the bread 't vegan. Employees say it is, but this is a persistent rumor and no one seems really white, certainly 3 part while COVID shrunk significantly. We went here all the time, but during the Kovid the portions became more and more rice, and less chili. A good ratio is 50% rice and 50% chili. The last straw was when my meal was 85% rice and 15% chilli. Now we only order it at the Pint or Quart. This gives you equal amounts of rice and chili. Order a single part at your own risk. And ask for the vegan(???? butter on the bread before you order.
Only white beans chili. Not so great. Served with rice and bread with butter. I heard the butter couldn't be vegan.
The one vegan option, vegan white beans chili is very good. It is warm and has great taste. I wish they had more vegan options. But the price cannot be beaten under $10. However, the parking lot is quite limited.
Yats has very limited vegan options, but what I ordered, the vegan white beans chili, was full of taste. Wünsch, there were more options as they do a great job with seasonal work.
Yats serves large portions (always get the half plate! It's still too much food! and offers something vegan every day. My only complaint is that sometimes the food gets a bit monotonous. That said, Yats is a great option and it's nice to have something for reliable, fresh, cheap vegan eats.
