Mcdonald's - Ingalls Park

This was a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. I was shocked when a lady stuck her hand in her butt and something brown appeared on her hand, which ended up in my drink and on my fries. The fries were also lacking salt and overall the food was disgusting. When I called the lady a weirdo, they even spat in my face. I am extremely angry and would like a refund for this terrible experience. Shortly after, I had a severe case of diarrhea. This was a truly disgusting and upsetting moment for me.

The overnight team at this restaurant is outstanding. They acted swiftly and professionally to ensure the safety of customers who were threatened by a DoorDash driver. I overheard the driver attempting to harm two customers and heard them making false claims about the restaurant. I want to assure others that the overnight team handled the situation effectively and made sure that both customers and employees were safe. I appreciate their quick response and dedication to ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
