L'Osteria - Innsbruck

Always so long waiting time and they don't care about the guest, just ignore them. Most things rude, especially the older ones. The young waiters are better, at least more friendly. The service is bad I recommend tó no one if they want to feel welcomed

The food was stellar, but if you want service, this is not your place. They took an hour to get us our check and there were mice running around the restaurant... avoid, if possible

Very good pizza and desserts (tiramisu and panna cotta)! Efficient take away, one of the few opened on monday

My boyfriend and I wanted to eat out and get some good pizza and pasta (the food is actually good there) but at first we waited 20 mins for the waitress to take our order. After that we got our appetizer quite quickly but than we waited for one more hour until we got our pizza and pasta! We‘ve been to this restaurant before and most of our visits ended the same way we were waiting for our food for at least an hour, we were hungry and pissed and lunch or dinner was ruined. After our last visit, we decided not to go there anymore.

On arrival, everything looked promising, as a pre booked group of 6, we were seated fast and our order was taken quickly and then drinks arrived shortly afterwards. That was then all we saw for the next hour before the food arrived, for a couple of the adults at the table. We then guiltily started eating, while waiting another 15 minutes before the last meal arrived for one of my children. The food was very good, but it was not worth the wait. The manager was decent about it and refunded a pizza. The restaurant was obviously completely overwhelmed by the number of people and take away orders. However the waitress could have helped out by bringing bread or taking more drinks orders, but we only saw her to collect the bill. I suppose it's a choice to chase after more revenue, but it will leave some diners with a less than exciting experience. I suggest eating here at quiet times only.
