Carbone's Pizza - Inver Grove Heights

I have loved this place since I was young! It's still so good! I always get mine well done and it's always perfect!!! Parking: There are 2 or 3 spots just for Carbone's but the rest of the lot is smaller and it seems to always have cars in it. There is a bar/restaurant next to them. Pizza was fine. Don’t expect dine in service not available. Limited drink options other than soda. Difficult to order in store with longer wait for help. Maybe replace with a kiosk or have people order online? Some employees friendly, others not. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

We are in Minnesota for a wedding. We were craving pizza so we looked up the best places around in Inver Grove Heights/ St. Paul area and narrowed it down to Carbone's Pizzeria. The owner made our pizza and cheese bread. Very very friendly guy. Pizza was amazing. Cheese bread was great, service was fantastic. Check this place out, you won't regret it. Carbone’s is great but this establishment doesn’t use the true crust as others. Gooey dough for crust. The mozzarella is great. Go somewhere else for pizza. The crust makes it and this establishment has failed Edit: I am not sure what the owner means, but the West St Paul location has much different crust. Much more crispy. Something is not adding up. No disrespect to the others Carbone's but this one here (Inver Grove Heights) is the ABSOLUTE THE BEST ONE to eat from. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
