Onnuri Korean Bbq - Iowa City

We had the Kimchi Dumplings as an appetizer. They were fried to perfection with a delightful crispy like glass skin. Three of us shared bulgogi beef, spicy bulgogi pork, and pork belly at the BBQ tables and had enough to bring home. The staff was great, we had a great experience. Look forward to coming again.

Awesome little spot. Have lived in Iowa City for a couple years and have always wondered if this place was good, and indeed it was. We ordered the short ribs and bibimbap, both were excellent. Only issue was the portions sizes were kind of small and it was on the pricer side.

Food is phenomenal, however I received the wrong order. I got the bulgogi fried rice and received just the order of the meat. While delicious, it is not what I paid

I was really excited to try this place, but I was sadly disappointed the bibimbap was SUPER oily and had a really disappointing amount of bulgogi for the price (seemed to be around 1 2oz at most).
