Disappointing bowl with little Teriyaki Sause, when I asked for more I got a a spoonful. Veggies very chewy. I've always had good food here, but first Sunday visit.
I get dinner for the family here at least every other week. Not everything on the menu is stellar but I 've never had anything downright bad(the bagels are the definition of mediocre) and genuinely enjoy the handful of dishes we stick to. That being said I feel like service varies quite a bit depending on who is working. Today I popped in to grab a few breakfast sandwiches and as I approach the guy at the counter he says, uh, you can 't be in here, we aren 't open yet I start to ask when do you open but he is walking away. I check my phone and it 's 9:56(they open at 10). I and the people trying to come in after me went someplace else. Love to support local businesses, and some of the staff are excellent, but stuff like this seems to happen more and more.
The food is great and the service is good. It was not the cleanest appearing place when I went and I thought it was odd that one staff person was speaking very loudly about all the best places to get cannabis and how to get discounts. If that's information you are seeking, cool, but maybe no need to shout it.
Addicted to the Veggie Delight on a bagel and the McClure on rye. Scrumptious. Crave them everytime I’m outside in the area. Definitely stick to the sandwich side of the menu!
