I've always frequented this restaurant, but lately I’ve noticed some new hires. While it doesn't change the food or atmosphere much, the new staff members seem less than welcoming and often respond with attitude over basic requests. If you're going to invite a friend to work alongside you, it’s important to focus on the job at hand. It's puzzling why someone would apply for a position in customer service only to spend their time taking photos of each other and leaning on the counters chatting. Typically, it's the employees with the most unpleasant attitudes who end up in customer-facing roles. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I know that if you can’t handle simple tasks without letting your personal feelings interfere—especially if it distracts you from doing your job—then you might want to reconsider your career path. One of the new hires, who has red clothing and black hair with bleached tips, really needs to work on her attitude.
I'm really disappointed with my recent order. I’ve had bubble tea before, but today’s was terrible. It tasted like it was leftover, with no ice or bubbles, and it was at room temperature.
Always an excellent bubble tea! They quality is phenomenal and the fact that they have many flavors is excellent. Their king fu flavor is a strong black tea. It?s so good. The boba (tapioca pearls) are super fresh and chewy as well.
Kung fu tea is always dopeee. Their signature coffee is actually amazing too.
