Mcdonald's - Ipswich

Really poor. Used mcdelivery. Uber delivered. Main meal was missing. Apart from a drink. Cost £10 for this meal. Had to call Uber which was not their fault as they just delivered) McDonald’s obviously missed this meal. After 15 mins calling got a refund of £5. So a large Coke cost me £5. Really poor. 3rd time this has happened. I should learn and not use.

Great food love McDonald’s my favourite! But I have to write about the cashiers on the drive through yesterday were AMAZING 2 males around 11am. They were absolutely brilliant and made my day and from listening to the convo from the car in front of me it made his too!!! Thank you

This restaurant is dirty and the service is slow. The staff are not attentive and the machines are not functioning properly. The self-service sauces are empty, and it doesn't look like the place has been cleaned at all.

The food at McDonald's in this location is not as tasty as what I am used to in my home country. However, the service is solid and welcoming.

I frequently visit this restaurant, the food is delicious and the staff are wonderful. Unfortunately, there are often long lines at the drive-thru, so I have started parking across the street and walking in. Recently, I have witnessed delivery drivers being rude and harassing the staff on three occasions. I believe McDonald's should take more action to protect their employees from this kind of abuse. It's unfair to them. This includes considering discontinuing services like Deliveroo or McDelivery.
