Mcdonald's - Iron River

Every time lately they have been messing up our orders and have been rude. Ordered a large drink with our food and on the screen they put medium so we corrected them and said no i asked for a large drink, they say okay and finally when we got to the window the woman is standing there with a medium drink even though it was supposed to be changed back to what we actually asked for. Once again said no its supposed to be large but she continued to just hold the drink out the window looking like a deer in headlights. Something here needs to change. Very disappointed with all the issues we've had here. I'll make sure I keep adding to this review as things happen, CUSTOMER SERVICE is a thing and I feel as not many people here anymore besides morning crew know what that is. And that is very disappointing

All I got was two sweet teas, but I asked for light ice and they gave it to me. Plus the person at the window was pretty funny lol

Food is always hot and good. I use the app almost every time. The morning lady in the drive thru is pretty rude. But overall 5 stars! The deluxe chicken sandwich is a pretty good change from a hamburger.

They are going down hill fast messed up orders impolite workers food just isn't the same anymore
