Chipotle Mexican Grill - Irvine

I always enjoy dining at this restaurant. Their stacked bean salad with avocado and sriracha sauce is a delight, just as much as their Mediterranean rice and beans dish.

Chipotle's vegetarian options are tainted with meat! I discovered meat in the queso blanco sauce. They replaced it, but seemed unfazed by the error. My companion, who is a vegetarian, ended up with meat on their plate. It's disappointing to see such a large business making the same mistake.

I have been to this restaurant multiple times at this location, and the customer service is extremely poor. The employees seem unhappy and unenthusiastic, and there is often a shortage of chips. I would not recommend dining at this particular location.

The workers at this place are terrible at their job. I rarely get my burrito rolling tight enough and missing items several times for mobile ordering. the thing is, when I report missing items instead of reimbursing myself, they gave me a voucher on the object and the time is limited. I love eating chipotle, but sucking everything else

I visited many chipotle around US. No chipotle knows how to make good Guac (I know it is not rocket science but most of the chipotle miss out the right amount of lime,cilantro and salt) than this chipotle. Friendly staff, good vibes as UCI is nearby.
