Terrible customer service. I commanded my pizza 45 minutes before the time, and when I arrived, they said it wasn't ready and they had to give it back because I took too long...? Both the girl and the guy (can be the manager) had a terrible attitude and did not seem to care that I had to sit there and wait, although I had ordered clearly in advance because I was in a hurry. It seems that the two employees don't enjoy their job, they seemed unhappy. On Wednesday night at 7 p.m., the phone order window works. I went to my car to take my food away, and when I came back, they demanded that I have the entrance for the 3rd. Sometimes in literally 3 minutes show and left me back to my car to get it. I think that was a little extreme and I would never want someone to treat my customers like that. Hopefully, this message will inspire some change of behavior because I love shopping at Costco.

Consistent with most other costcos. Outside seating and ordering this is one of the more busy costcos so keep that in mind

Called in my pizza order and got quoted a wait time of 30 minutes. I get there 30 minutes later and pay. I check the window for pickup. Your pizzas are in the oven, it should be ready in 8 minutes . I come back 10 minutes later. Your pizzas are not in the oven, it should be ready in 8 minutes . This was a rage inducing experience.
