Mcdonald's - Irvine

The fries are rarely fresh, my order is always incorrect, and the customer service is terrible. This McDonald's location is consistently the worst I have ever experienced. I do not plan on returning.

The service at this restaurant was outstanding. The friendly staff made our experience enjoyable, with their jokes adding a fun touch to our meal. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming.

As a food delivery driver, I had a negative experience at this restaurant. I asked an employee if the food was ready, but they told me it wasn't even though the bag was right in front of the counter the whole time. I wasted 5 to 10 minutes waiting based on their information. I suggest that any food delivery drivers receiving alerts from this location avoid it at all costs. McDonald's, please retrain your employees immediately.

Ordered from the kiosk which DID NOT PRINT ME A RECEIPT. Ordered a medium coffee, 2 breakfast plates and a few other things. I got home to find out there NO SYRUP, 1 BUTTER, 1 FORK FOR TWO PANCAKE ORDERS was placed in my bag. Lesson learned, I will be aKaren next time and check through every aspect of my order and I will demand a receipt.

Zero star if possible. Horrible customer service. Ordering food feels like begging. Ignoring my questions several times. Current employees should be fired immediately. I will never order anything from this location again.
