Contribuisci feedbackStaff is very nice- but maybe to the point of being too attentive- while we were eating someone came over about 7 or 8 times to ask if they could take our trays, or if we were done eating, etc. Granted it was not very busy and there were a lot more workers than customers. But it was a bit much for me. The vibe was a bit nervous, perhaps because the place is new... food was fine (not mind blowing). The pasta was too soft for my taste; maybe you can anticipate this and request that they make it al dente if you prefer it that way. It's kind of fun to pick your own ingredients but also sort of a gamble. My dish was kind of like something bland I'd throw together at home with leftovers from my fridge. I guess it's partly my fault since I picked the toppings. However, I don't think I'd go there again. It might be worth checking out if you're in the area and craving pasta for lunch. Again, staff was very nice so I feel bad writing a lukewarm review but I wanted to add my 2 cents as there aren't many reviews of this place yet.
I spent $30 on ubereats for pesto penne pasta- this is the pesto that came on the pasta, and there were ingredients missing from what I ordered. Safe to say I was incredibly disappointed in the quality.
Came to the first time at 20:30 a.m. on a Friday night here. not busy because the classes at uci are not in the session. the personal is very friendly and changed by the independent process. I made my own pasta dish with captivating and bolognese sauce. the six additional ingredients that I add were: plan, artichoke, sausage, pluck, garlic and mushrooms. really good! friendly staff. comfortable environment. they can either build independent court or order one of their cook-inspired dishes.
Seriously love loved it! my friend has eaten pasta and I wouldn't like it, but I was in the mood for an salad, so I actually have an salate similar to a Caesar salad. the salad was so crispy and fresh the cheese was perfect and the dressing is amazing! so the whole experience is similar to chipotle, but I will not play it down and say it is because it is not more beautiful than that, but they go through an almost like buffet line and they create their plate for them. when we were finished, the cassian who called us was not the friendly, but then it looked like the manager who was super helpful gave me extra dressing for my salat and extra brot. they are very nice here and it is a very clean restaurant!
