Casey was our host and he was just there. Meaning he was just going through the motions. He got friendly ONLY when he saw us tip our bar hostess. The three cheese steak dip was soooooo yummy oh my gosh. Didn't think I would like it because of the steak. The blooming chicken was really good but make sure to ask for extra sauce. The toowoomba salmon was prepared to perfection and the RICE was good enough to not want to share lol
Worst service ever , we sat down spent over 20 mins waiting on somebody to get our order for drinks. Then they tell us our server left and didn't tell nobody . Never took our order . We just left . Spent 45 mins waiting just got drinks
Consistent and delicious. I am not a huge chain fan but Outback is on my list of chain restaurants I will visit.
I haven't been to Outback in years so this was a treat for me. The food and service was good. I was not disappointed. I'm going back so I can taste the bloomin fried shrimp. It's based off their signature bloomin onion.
UPDATE: Outback Customer Relations requested I connect with them, so I did. They sent me an email saying they were sending my comments to the best Outbacker to assist you. Then Holly Horan, Managing Partner@Outback in Irving emailed that she wanted to connect with me and would be more than happy to assist me. I replied, What did you want to connect with me about? Holly never replied. That was 4 days ago. I 've had a horrific week and Outback managed to make it even worse by sending me on a wild goose chase and then completely ignoring me. I 've come across decomposed bodies that are less offensive than Outback 's customer service.ORIGINAL REVIEW: It’s been a traumatic week for me (attacked in my hotel room, unrelenting panic attacks and broke my toe) and I haven’t been able to eat for days. I spent nearly $60 on having a rib-eye steak dinner delivered, hoping to regain my appetite. It was the first good thing I had to look forward to. Now I’m sitting alone, staring at the meal you made for me—a dried out, overcooked steak, sick looking asparagus, and a sweet potato that smells so vile it makes me gag. I’m sobbing. I can’t do this.
