This vegan-friendly restaurant mainly offers salads, including wraps which are essentially salads wrapped in tortillas. Despite my initial surprise, I ended up enjoying a good salad with friendly service. While one of the staff members understood veganism, the person who prepared my salad seemed unaware of vegan options when it came to dressings. Nevertheless, the meal was ultimately a satisfying salad experience.
If you're looking for a delicious salad or wrap with high-quality ingredients, this is the perfect place to dine. There are plenty of vegan options to choose from, including beans, greens, vegetables (including beets), fruits (such as apples and strawberries), and crunchy toppings like tortilla strips, dressing, sunflower seeds, and croutons. You can customize your order by having the ingredients mixed together or by having the dressing served on the side.
They now offer vegan pizza and owners said they forgive vegan cheese.
For vegans, it's really just salads. If you want a pack, it's a salad wrapped in a tortilla. It is the archetype of the supposed vegan-friendship. I went in, learned that and took my jaw off the ground, I had a salad. It was a good salad. The service was friendly. One of the local employees understood veganism; the other one who actually threw my salad together didn't seem like we got some dressings. But it was a salad.
