The Daily Bagel - Isipingo

Confectionery is good, sit-in food not so much! Did not have all items listed on the menu. Bagel burgers are mediocre.

Friendly staff and attentive. Love the bagels here…jalapeño bagel is great. Still the best bagels in the area, I never know but they also have a good selectiom schmear. It makes the bagels even better, from cream chees to Nutella. Must try at least once.

Tried their bagels from Spar and was ok so thought I'd give the store a go. Bagels are decent but add on ingredient flavors unbalanced. Mustard on New Yorker Bagel was actually heaped on English mustard and had me grimacing in pain. A condiment should not be the overwhelming flavor in a dish. Englishman also had horse radish punching me in the face. Flies in displays so pre packaged packs seem best option. Very Good Service, especially from Khudzi. However, the food was disappointing. We had a table of 8, the 2 chicken wraps were Ok and their chips were good, but the other 6 of us did not enjoy their Burgers or Steak. Pity though, for we have been there many times before over the years when we visit from Gauteng, and the food was good before. Their location with the prime Seaview spot is great.

Great place.. Great food. However, experience marred by numerous flies… No fly zapper in sight
