Fredy's - Isla Mujeres

Fredy's is a must visit restaurant on Isla! Fredy’s is a great place to eat. You are on an island so naturally seafood is abundant. Fredy makes a great baked shrimp and cheese dish. I am not a lobster eater but when they are in season my daughter and SIL love the way Fredy prepares lobster. Even with all of the seafood and Mexican dishes on the menu one of the dishes that Fredy is famous for is his pork chop. They are huge and delicious. Fredy serves well balanced meals. He usually has vegetables and potatoes (baked or roasted small potatoes) along with the entrée. Fredy is also famous for well being Fredy. He has funny stories to tell and loves to joke.

Always great food, service and laughs at Fredys. Every meal has been so delicious. Gracias Fredy!

Fredy's food is delicious. The fish and shrimp are fresh and the grilled pork chops are out of this world. I am partial to his Mexican Platter as it offers a great variety of flavours I can mix and match. And Fredy himself is such fun and the service is great. The only restaurant on the island that I insist on visiting at least twice a trip.
