Avenue Road Chippy - Isle of Wight

Went in to treat myself after a tough day of work. Spent over £12 just in food for myself so it’s not exactly cheap and it’s definitely not worth the money. They forgot to put half my order in the bag, they put vinegar on the chips when I specified not to (which isn’t a huge deal to me, I just find vinegar quite repulsive so it ruined the chips for me but would’ve been a different story if somebody had an allergy) and not only that but the food was disgusting. How somewhere can mess up chicken nuggets and chips I do not know.

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE DIRTY OIL.NEEDS CHANGING PAID £35 FOR 3 BURGERS AND CHIPS AND 2 POTATO SCALLOPS.CHIPS WERE VERY GREASY AND TASTELESS BURGERS AND POT SCALLOPS TASTED LIKE DIRTY FAT. THROUGH IT ALL IN BIN WASTE OF MONEY

I Phone my order in to this Very impressive Chippy,approx 30min wait for a tasty Chicken Chips treat once a week.it's very clean the staff are polite friendly.. Good job guys.

Had to repeat my telephone order 3 times to two different people and then when I went to collect, the order was all wrong! It seems nobody knows what they are doing, I am wondering if it is under new ownership! Food was rubbish to!

Just got cod and chip I've had bigger fish fingers Cod dripping in oil Wouldn't recommend Mind you the seagulls have been fed
