Pizza Hut - Isle of Wight

Terrible service at this restaurant. We waited to be served but the staff were too busy chatting among themselves to notice us. We tried to flag down a staff member, but they ended up serving the couple next to us instead. Eventually, we had to give up and leave as we couldn't get their attention.

The table at the restaurant was dirty with greasy residue and dried food, while the seats had crumbs all over them. I only noticed this after we were already seated. Despite wanting to complain to the waitress, I waited 25 minutes without anyone taking our order. I had to flag down a staff member to bring the manager to our table. The manager was unhelpful in addressing the poor service, so I decided to inform Pizza Hut that I would be filing a complaint before leaving the restaurant still hungry. When I contacted Pizza Hut's complaints manager, I was told that I could have saved time by ordering online from my mobile device. I was extremely disappointed by the poor attitude towards customers and it will be a long time before I consider dining at Pizza Hut again.

We went to this restaurant for dinner before a movie and had to wait 10 minutes to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant. Despite only 2 other tables being occupied, we waited an hour for our food. During our wait, we noticed a large number of pizzas being made and taken out for delivery or takeaway orders. The service was very poor, as we were told to order using our phones. We ended up having to take our desserts to go and missed half an hour of our movie because we only had 5 minutes to eat our mains.

I went to Pizza Hut for dinner with a friend.As always the food was lovely and service was brilliant! This lovely blonde girl kept us company and made sure we had everything to make us have a perfect time. She was very busy all the time, at first i thought she was alone on floor until i saw this girl keep popping back in and out the kitchen continuously. Didn’t think much of it. Was convinced she was a chef until she took an order next to us, she wasn’t that engaging or friendly and over all very rude and obnoxious. At one point, we’re sure we saw her kiss a chef through the small glass window. We might be wrong but we are pretty sure we aren’t. Other that our server was lovely and overall we had a good time.

A decent enough place friendly service (mostly) with staff picking up on cues about when and what diners might want. The pizza and salad are both pretty average, but with the very good valur prices no one would be expecting the sun and the moon. One suggestion the main entrance is labelled only as take away counter. It would be good to have clearer signage. to avoid customers going to any of the other doors, which cannot be opened from the outside.
