Waited 2 hours for a dry turkey sandwich. Order was lost no apology or effort given to resolve the lost order. Would not return.

My order of one large pizza and an order of Alfredo pasta took over an hour. however, once I received my order it was delicious. I'd recommend it again, unless you're short on time.

Food was great and plentiful, nice atmosphere to chill with friends.

You have to try their seasonal cheesecakes, pastas, and pizza.

Since apparently they’re too busy to share this with customers: Ordered 2 sandwiches and a pizza around 6:37, almost 45 minutes later and they are not ready. We calmly go up to the front and ask what’s going and they tell us that sandwiches take a while and we will have to wait. That’s fine, but why not just communicate that to us when we order? We were told the line was too long so they couldn’t tell us. It can take up to 30-35 minutes for a sandwich. Okay, so then where is the pizza? Other members of our party arrived 15 minutes later and had their food arrive before us, except for one member who ordered a sandwich. An hour later, they received their order. Be warned, if you’re looking to order a sandwich, give yourselves 45-60 minutes.
