Los Mestizos Restaurant - Izamal

The drink was good, but the main dish tasted as if they had recovered a few days ago, not fresh

One can enjoy good, typical, reasonably priced Yucatecan food here. Clean, good service. My husband and I have dined here often.

The place offers small dishes and the prices are as usual, but because of the small amount are expensive.

I have tried this place three times. Either we have to beg for service or get completely ignored. I have yet to eat there because everything we try to order, they are conveniently out of. I would not recommend this place and will not give a fourth chance. I think there is some prejudice against tourist going on.

Buscamos algo para cenar en Izamal y nos ocurrió lo mismo que en la mañana: todo estaba cerrado. Entramos a este sitio y el servicio fue muy parco. La comida no era buena, aunque agradecimos poder cenar algo. En realidad nos decepcionó la poca oferta culinaria de Izamal, los restaurantes abren a las 12 y cierran a las 5pm. El servicio en general no fue excelente.
