Planet Smoothie - Jacksonville Beach

I have two toddlers, and I often buy them smoothies that they really enjoy. Typically, I order a medium smoothie so I can split it into two small cups for them. However, when I requested an extra cup this time, I was told that they couldn't provide it because their boss doesn't allow it. Meanwhile, I noticed a plate with cake pops and a cup full of cake pops sitting idly. It seems that they can give out cups for cake pops but not for a paying customer who's spent over $10 on a smoothie for kids. This kind of service isn't going to help the business thrive. If you can't make an effort to accommodate your customers, please stop asking for tips.

There are no real managers present in the store. The teenagers working there seem more interested in playing on their phones than attending to customers. I've always enjoyed this place, so it's disappointing to see how much it has declined. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was told I have to wear a mask for service. My body my choice, don’t agree. Went to tropical smoothie instead I don’t support communism and I will never shop there again.

I had a different experience than the other reviewers. The staff was helpful, patient, and friendly with me and I had a great smoothie. I actually had a free smoothie for my birthday, and redeeming it was painless and she wished me a happy birthday. She made a little more than expected and gave me that as well. Thank you so much! The smoothie was delicious!
