Arby's - Jacksonville

Food was typical Arby's.They gave us curly fries when we ordered crinkled fries. They said they would bring them out. They never did.The floor was sticky from the bathroom to the door to the front counter and even the seating area. It's like they mopped the floor with soft drink instead of mop water.

I didn’t get to get the employee name just now but he’s always nice to me and my daughter when we come there.. Food is always fresh and he’s always helpful.. He was in the drive thru that’s all I remember lol.. Thank you for your great service if you see this!

My favorite place to go. I can dress casual. I can look like a hurricane victim. Either way no questions are asked. Food is handed over with a smile and everyone's so enthusiastic to see you! Takes a minute more than most but that's how you know it's done right. Not just thrown in the bag.Parking: Accessible in every direction. Not all packed in a line like a conveyor belt.
