One of the best Chinese restaurants in Jax. I recommend going wherever your in Jax or on Dunn avenue.

Normally really good,they messed my order up last time,got home,had to go back,they put white sauce n I asked for Brown,got back home and still tasted the white sauce in my food,all they did was dump it in a pan n put brown sauce on it,was really bad

I 've been coming to Chans for over 20 years without incident. This particular day, they have me the wrong order which was more expensive than my original order. I went back and they allegedly credited the difference to my card. My on-line banking showed that they charged the difference. The owner caught a straight attitude when I tried to explain it stating he 'll just give me the difference out his pocket to get me out of his hair. This is your attitude with loyal customers? You 'll never get another dollar from me.
