We waited 45 minutes to be seated, only to discover that there were multiple tables available, but they simply weren't seating guests. After we ordered our food, it arrived without any wasabi. When I asked the server for some, he replied, "We don’t have any wasabi." I had to keep asking several people before I finally received some. The food quality was below par for everyone at my table, and we struggled to get drink refills. Given that we spent $85, I expected a much better dining experience. I'm so disappointed, as I used to really enjoy this place.
After gathering menus, she took us to a table and then abruptly decided to move us to another table without even mentioning it. Once we were seated, she walked away and soon returned, suggesting we order drinks from her, again without saying anything. This wasn’t the only instance of discontent; everyone seemed miserable, and some employees had headphones in their ears. We ordered our first round of appetizers, which took about 20 minutes to arrive (fried dumplings and egg rolls). Unfortunately, no sauces were provided, and it was nearly impossible to get anyone's attention for soy sauce. All the fried items were overcooked in stale oil and quite unappealing. We also ordered a spicy crab salad, which arrived at room temperature on a warm plate. I had ordered hibachi steak, but it came with a large piece of salmon on the plate, and the steak was poorly cooked. We decided against ordering any raw fish to avoid the risk of foodborne illness, especially given the apparent decline in sanitation practices. This restaurant seems to be beyond saving. I would advise against going here. They should consider shutting it down.
Super disappointed to be giving such a low rating on what USED to be our favorite sushi spot. I don't know if management or ownership changed but the only people that are the same is the sushi chefs. The servers are TERRIBLE. We stared at our empty dishes from each order for the entire night. When food was brought out it was just slung at us as they went by. Food took FOREVER to come out. My fiance talked to our server very politely about the issues we had and essentially went to the other 2 girls and laugh about it. We've been coming here for years and NEVER had a bad experience. This was the absolute worst. Hopefully they'll get some better servers in there. But until then we'll have to find a new sushi place.
Very rude staff, didn’t fill up our drinks even when we asked them to. Took an hour to get our appetizers and then another 30 mins for food. Waitress was very very rude. 18% gratuity automatically taken out but didn’t even fill my drink or talk to me. Used to celebrate every birthday here but I won’t anymore.Food: 1/5
We went in for lunch and we asked to move to a booth and the waitress started to yell something either at us or at the other waitress. The servers didn't know anything about the menu and we ended up having to get the manager over to our table just to order soup that's not from the buffet menu. The waiters were also very rude after that incident and they started to pass us and wait till the last minute to give us our food. When we got our food the first few roll we're horrible to begin the dyimate roll tasted like it was heated up from the day before. but you could clearly tell that the fish didn't taste right. This fish wasn't cold it tasted like room temperature and then they started to bring out two everything until we told them to stop. As well as them constantly messing up our order wouldn't recommend to anyone the prices may be reasonable but it isn't worth getting sick . Do yourself a favor and don't eat here.
