Well, not exactly the most suitable way to utilize this place maybe but I just came here to do some work and this cafe has perfect desk for PC work where you can bring laptop and enjoy some espresso. Never seen such workaholics friendly cafe in Dubai so far. American coffee was also super nice.

Pretty decent place to have your casual meetings with a great cup of coffee. nice biscotti they have. Coffee have a freshness in them. Manger was very professional.

What i need right now these hightea delights from Authors lounge. Such a delicious spread of savoury mini sandwiches beautiful sweet treats. My most favorite the scones clotted cream. Amazing hightea experience must try @bonningtontower

Afternoon tea is a British food tradition of sitting down for an afternoon treat of tea, sandwiches, scones and cake etc...In Dubai we have many cafe's and hotels that serves afternoon tea.Authors lounge at bonnington tower offers afternoon tea for just AED 75. The afternoon tea at the author's lounge features an extensive selection of the finest teas and sumptuous delicacies including mini sandwiches,cakes,sushi etc.. Its a very bright and cozy place.Staff were absolutely friendly and helpful.I really enjoyed my afternoon tea with my family at the authors lounge.Everything they served was truly delicious.We can customize the spread according to our requirements.If you are looking for an affordable afternoon tea for business meetings/casual meets etc this is the place to go!!!

Authors’s Lounge is really just a posh café (be it a licensed one) at the Bonnington Hotel in Cluster J of JLT. It’s the perfect place for morning meetings, afternoon tea and even an early evening glass of pre-dinner bubbly. Service is friendly and unpretentious. Worth a visit. Waste NOT. Want NOT.
