The Wharf - JEKYLL ISLAND

The family and I were our walk around the beautiful, huge oaks to see the resort. There are plenty of parking next to the restaurant. We chose a late afternoon snack at the Wharf. Our children were pretty curvy, but our waitress, Carrie, I think was just absolutely delightful and so patient with them. She had these beautiful turtle earrings that took her attention and she quickly delivered snacks to distract her. She also talked to us about our visit and recommended where we could visit to swim turtles to us. So cool! We got the maple glazed salmon that was on a bed of kale. There was also Rosin and Pecans. We also have sweet potatoes. We paid about $40 for the snack, before the tip, but it was delicious. Very recommended, especially for the wonderful service.

Had such a great experience here. The staff was unbelievable and very accommodating to help us get a good table on the deck to watch the sunset and adjust the meals to suit our diets. The shrimps were delicious and the Koleslaw had exactly the right amount of dressing. Can't wait to come back and enjoy another excellent meal and beautiful sunset!

I have read the mixed reviews and I am forced to share a phenomenal experience. At first I was there about half an hour before the rush and the service I received was remarkable. Both friendly and attentive from greeting to the bar tender to the waiter. I had a crab cake that was absolutely delicious, followed by a generous low country cook served in a pot with lots of everything, in any case could be divided from normal size people. I absorbed plentiful amounts of sweet tea, brought diligent every time my glass hit the .25 brand. Finally, I cleaned the palate with good old Georgian pancakes, which I can only call exalted. I wish I had room for a second disc. My visit was amazing. I will say that locals and visitors pour on the wharf as I went, and the restaurant had filled while I ate, so valuers pampered by empty Covid-Ara restaurants may say that their server now has to manage more than two tables, but the seafood and service were brilliant for me.

Long wait, but wanted outdoor seating that is limited as we expected. We had a lot of time to use the facilities and enjoy a nice adult drink at the bar while we waited for our table. Nice view! Lunch menu seemed limited, but this is the standard for most places. The food was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Very relaxed atmosphere. Very enjoyed!

After working with middle schooler all day, Susannah took great care of us. Dear I say she me be the best waiter on Jekyll Island. Food was great! View was amazing! Ate on the outside deck. Make sure to go while the sun is setting.
