TLDR: KFC double charged me, then acted like it was no big deal to push me out the door, had to get the charges reversed through my bankI've been here 3 times since I moved into the area, and all 3 times were a bit meh. The 3rd will stop me from ever going there again. The first couple of times I got my order okay and stuff, but it struck me how indifferent the staff there is. I don't know, I guess this is the modern world. I remember the second visit in particular, when a customer was trying to get the attention of one of the staff, and the lady just flat out ignored him. She saw him, but then turned and walked the other way out of view. It was so, I don't know. That same customer had been waiting on a drink, to which I saw the staff put no effort into getting. It was just wild.I mean, both of those first two visits, I stood at the counter a bit before someone even tried to help. The second time, a whole line formed of people because it took them so long to acknowledge the customers.I went in during the snows, and it was pretty slow. The place was full of workers, but they were all standing around. Despite this, I still had to stand there and wait at the front counter for someone to give me the time of day, and oh what a time they gave meThey had troubles charging my card or something. Some manager lady (I assume? , came over, and wanted to take my card so she can start trying to swipe it tog et it to charge. Yeah, well, they charged my card twice. They were sitting there trying to think about charging it a third time, when I pulled up on my phone and I was like, you charged me twice already! I insisted the lady give me my card back, because I didn't want her putting another charge on my card.The lady and the guy that was originally helping me both seemed to indicate that it was no big deal. That the charges would disappear, and it'd all be okay! That if there's any problems, they'll remember me. then they gave me some recipe that on later inspection didn't have anything on it. I have no idea how it was suppose to act as proof of any of that interaction. I'm pretty sure at this point they just didn't want to deal with it, so would have said anything they could have to make me leave. They were unwilling to deal with the mess they just caused.I ended up having to call my bank and do a chargeback because of it.So there ya go.
Overall pretty good location for KFC. The drive-thru is quick, the orders I've always placed in the drive-thru, they get correct so you're not sifting through the bag having to correct it. Everyone has always been friendly, definitely recommend this location.
I come in at 11am.not busy but the women working there rude And slow.waited 10 min and walked out.horrible service.wont come back there.
