Contribuisci feedbackSeriously the worst domino's. Not sure why I subject myself to it. The pizza always sits for almost an hour before the delivery driver gets to it. It will arrive cold without fail, there is no question. Additionally, the order is always wrong. This last time I ordered breadsticks with dipping sauce and I literally got an empty box with just the sauce. One other time Iordered a sandwich which was basically toasted bread with grease and a tiny little strip of steak. Like, I'm not exaggerating,it was laughable. I just don't understand why Domino's corporate let's this place stay open. I never complain about places onGoogle, but these guys deserve it. Truly a terribly run establishment, which likely needs twice the workforce the franchiseesare willing to pay for. Avoid, order from Basiles down the street and get at least something quality.
I ordered a pizza on Saturday from Dominos at 263 1st Street in Jersey City, but I never received my pizza or a refund. I have tried calling the store multiple times to speak with the manager, but it seems they are unavailable. This is not the first time this has happened, and I am disappointed in the customer service I have received from Domino's. I am still waiting for my refund, which should have been issued promptly after my order was not delivered. I contacted corporate, but they only sent a text bot to address my issue. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
We were double charged on 11/11/22 and have been trying to dispute the extra charge. The general manager resigned, and the manager we spoke to today, named Amber, claimed there was only one charge. Despite offering to send her screenshots of our app charges and bank statements, she insisted there was no mistake on their end. When we requested contact information for someone higher up, she was unable to provide it. The overall quality of this restaurant has been declining for some time now. There is a lack of accountability, terrible customer service, and the food is below average at best.
Ever read a ton of 1-star reviews and think the restaurant can't possibly be that bad? Well, we actually have one right HERE. Placed an order 3 hours ago and it isn't here yet. Dominos' tracker is a joke because it shows the order's beencompleted. Have been trying to get someone from this location on a call but they refuse to answer. I understand if they'reshort-staffed and the orders are delivered late, but the at least ensure they're delivered after all and try to be responsiveover calls. I'm personally done with this location.
Not sure how this place is still in business. If I could give 0 stars I WOULD. Ordered pizza online and asked for the hand delivery (expecting to be told when the driver was downstairs). I got a text 2 hours after the order was placed saying it?s atthe front desk. So I went downstairs immediately and only 1 of the 2 pies were there. Messaged the driver right away saying onepie is missing and the one that was delivered had been tossed around. He said ?idk call the store?. The store doesn?t pick upthe phone and when I finally got through after the 11th call she made an excuse to get an associate and then put me on hold for18 mins and then ended the call. Didn?t think to search the reviews for a Franchise location because it?s Dominos and you thinkthere is a standard for service, but guess not. *Update- was not able to speak with anyone to get a refund or the pie I wasmissing. And the pie that I got has the center uncooked still.
