Dunkin' - Jersey City

This is my favorite Dunkin'! The staff here are incredibly friendly, and they always remember their regular customers.

The restaurant is conveniently located and features a clean, well-maintained seating area. The staff is friendly and welcoming. However, it does not have a drive-through option, and parking can be a bit challenging to find. Despite that, it's a nice place overall.

Today, I ordered two lattes through the mobile app at 8:30, and as of 9:22, I’m still waiting. I had to ask them what happened to my order before they finally started making it. It's unacceptable. I’ve had enough of this place. I’ll be walking a bit further to Summit Ave from now on, but it will definitely be worth it. Getting coffee in the morning is supposed to be a pleasant start to your day, not a source of stress. Unbelievable.

I?ve been going to this Dunkin for almost 14 years?this is the worst I have ever seen it. Staff does not pay attention to orders or what is ordered. They are extremely unorganized and cannot make a complete order in a timely fashion. I asked for extra icethis is what I got.

Overrall, this is ok. ordered pumpkin seasoning that was not as good as other dunkin shops, Nice staff and service food: 4/5
