I like them when they just melt in your mouth, and these did. The sauce was really salty. I love salty foods, but this was a bit much for me. I would have given 5 stars for the food, if it wasn't so salty.
We really stepped in to get out of the Heat and went for our train tour but ended up having fried ice cream and fried cheesecake which was amazing but our waitress was a hoot the art on the walls is for sale some of it's really tacky so it was amazing and
We’re very disappointed in our meals. We just ordered 2 hours before close and our meals are completely inedible. The General Tao’s chicken is extremely overcooked. There doesn’t seem to be any chicken but instead only fried breading covered in sauce. The sushi seems hard old and the seaweed has an odd hardness to it that I simply cannot chew. To top things off, our meal was packaged improperly so I thought we had missed an item. The guy that answered the phone on 8-28 at 9:03pm needs some serious customer service training as he accused me of lying and clearly hasn’t a clue in the world.
Who would have thought you would find a sushi bar in Jim Thorpe? Friday at 5 pm, and two of us got seated immediately . Sushi Deluxe dinner was excellent, the bento-b box was good. Excellent bartender, too. Parking in town, nearby. If you are in the area and want some sushi selection, stop on in.
I enjoyed the red curry as well as the atmosphere of the restaurant. The server was friendly as well. Definitely worth visiting if visiting Jim Thorpe.
