Therefore, under the week the sweet sister was reserved for Pentecost Sunday for lunch. On Sunday morning at 11 a.m., the Eller car park went through the forest to attack the ascent to the Berghof. My brother-in-law ordered an export of Schlappeseppel (0.5 l, 3.30 € ), my smallness chose a pilgrim from the Bitburg brewery (0.4 l, 3.20 € ), both varieties freshly tapped from the barrel with a beautiful crown. The drinks came to the table quickly. Beers nicely cold, the two wines with suitable temperature. Empty glasses were seen by the very friendly service, Retrieval requested and served quickly on hunting. Whether everything is right or whether it tastes, has been asked several times and we would like to confirm it. We felt the waiting time for the food so pleasant, despite the high performance. 4 stars for the service I consider appropriate. A cream sauce with mushrooms, some asparagus and croquettes were also a really big part, tastefully perfect. Guess the record was empty, but it was finally. Waliser Steak Her sister was also very satisfied with the delicate chicken breast with asparagus (14.80 €) and roasted valleys, which looked like TK but still fit well. Chicken breast with asparagus Now to the gentlemen: I opted for a Cordon-Bleuschwein with Pommes (13.90 €). The Cordon bleu looks smaller on the photo of the plate than it was. Beautiful spicy panade, cheese and ham neatly fill the meat super delicate. The pommes were placed in a separate bowl. I was very happy. Cordon bleu The same applies to my brother-in-law who chose a hunter with Pommes (12,90 €). Cream sauce with mushrooms, with a very nice cut carving. The brother-in-law tasted very good. To all the dishes we ordered, there was a fresh additional salad, served in the main dishes, made with a delicious vinegar oil dressing, he knew to convince. There's nothing about food, but nothing to complain. What happened on the way to the table was the completely new location. It was completely renovated during the lockdown. Buddha on the balcony The table is beautifully covered with fabric tablecloths, suitable for solid, beautifully folded paper napkins, candlesticks with candles that are illuminated after arrival by service. Also a vase with flower was not missing. All in all, look beautiful. Entrance to the beer garden A beer garden has been set up so you can sit outside. Cleanliness, glasses, plates and cutlery make a neat, clean impression. This also applies to the toilets in the cellar, a little older, but well maintained. Quality has been good for fifty years. Honest craft, reasonable prices.
