Timber! - Johnson City

Shocking good. High level of cooking and cocktail making you would expect to see in NYC or DC. I was blown away to find this jem in JC!

Food was so amazing, and the menu had such unique items. I wanted to try everything, and will be back to do just that. Was happy to see Little Animals on the menu!

This place is SO GOOD! We got the smoky sundae dessert, scotch, and Martinez drinks! It was amazing! The combo was delicious. The drinks are strong and not weak. Definitely worth your money. Can’t wait to go back and try their food. It’s one of the best desserts we’ve ever had!

Good restaurant with a great atmosphere. Very unique for the Tri-Cities and I like that. Feels very much like an Asheville type restaurant. I do wish they had a more expansive beer list. Johnson City is a great little beer city and there is a lot that can be taken advantage of here locally.

Decent food, but pricy for what you're getting. $3 for a can of soda (no refills) and charging extra for small sauces on the side is a bit off putting. It's not the worst place, but far from being great at this point.
